here a pfocedure,

step 1. open ust
2.select m620
3.open AGERE pro NVM tool
4.click activation test mode
5.click run test mode
6.check factoryreset and costum reset
7.click apply reset and click reboot. enter code 00000000 that all

note phone must on you using cable combo rj45 and usb..

tested by me 100%

What about 3G Qualcom Model?
Other 2g and normal model can be done by *2767*3855#
but what about some 3g qualcom that no option to put reset code when phone lock "on"

i have i450 but cant unlock...... when i click run test mode then soft were iz closed......sooo plz tell me whats da problem....plz urgent...plz siroya
