hi you need a M200 without simlock to exclude eeprom read then rebuild IMEI then should go there at the moment no neutral eepromm good luck

He is read out from the phone in working order..
Flash coordinated from the same phone in working order :

Perhaps these files will help. My unblocked and flashing M200 is acting 100 %

tested with your files that had already revived a problem with the network and then with the number on the home screen

M200 network problem(after unlock) solution:
