problem wid samsung i607 help needed - GSM-Forum

i have a smasung i607 and i want to flash it,i installed active sync on my pc and samsung modem driver,putted fone in downloader mode and try to conect wid my pc,pc detecd the fone but wen i tried to conect fone wid pc, it didnt conect the fone and i saw on fone screen

usb downloader - Xcingular v1.2
usb initial : ok.
pc conection : FAIL
[phone] active OFF
[pda] usb cable power off

how to conect this pda fone wid pc any idea.Help needed

and the problem in wich it came in is that wen the costomer went via gprs for browsing it became hanged
