But phone is still phone freeze. Is it really impossible to unlock phone freeze? (I even have unfreeze code, but entering doesn't work on this firmware).

hello

you have to make repair imei

wirte your imei in programm and then press imei repair.

It happen the same to me and i did repair it with imei repair.

the phone was working then ( i mean no phone freeze) but still locked.

i unlock it with z3x.

Now i did Rebuild IMEI, but that did not help - still Phone freeze!

for me worked from 1st try, maybe you try again.

Or if you have z3x you can read codes and z3x also read freeze code.
