i have a phone, when i start it screen SAMSUNG. i don't know, is samsung or anycall? anyway i want to unlock this phone but i don't know what tool must use for this model

its not gsm mobile
what ever its i dont think ther is unlock for this model

It have GSM when the phone power on sreen say "card not supported please change the card" but i use simcard GSM incomingcall ok , outgoingcall no ok ! I dont have solution unlock this phone , please have !
