Go to Control Panel > Regional And Language Options (in winxp) or Regional Options (in win2k and others)
Select "English (United States)"
and all will be solved..

sorry but i think it's wrong information

my unicode was arabic ( egypt )
and software working fine but wrong SN
then
i change to english ( united stats ) but now error and software not open and also SN wrong

i change back to arabic ( egypt ) and now every thing is ok SN is ok and software working

It's VERY BAD solution!!! And VERY STUPID solution!

I can not use this - big part of programs, which I use constantly, stop to work.

Really it is difficult to understand that there is countries, in which is not accepted to use the USA regional settings?

As far as i know latest drivers solves the problem. At least they worked more than fine for me.

For me works without the change of regional settings but doesn't show serial number correctly
