usb(-)serial problem - GSM-Forum

hi

i'm a new costomer i'm do format for pc and i install xp sp2

after install last version 8.30 (only software in pc)

egate drivers ok , usb (-) serial not ok ???

thanks for help (ustpro2 version lite)

i 'm format my computer 4 times in 24h and nothing

i just installed the driver who comes with the program and every think is ok
i did not need to flash the box

how to use this programm and usb not installed (device not found)

ustpro2(version lite ) connection only with usb ?
