Ust pro still cannot for year why?

I purchase my ust pro a year now but have not been able to use to unlock even one phone.I install the setup alright but when connect it to phone it cannot unlock it doesnt go why?

post problem clear brother.. ustpro is working very fine and good box for samsung.. i think you have drivers problem in your system
