x640 Blue Screen - GSM-Forum

hi

I flashed X640 with UST Pro II, latest version 4.0, using the flash with 0B extension! everything went fine but when I powered on the phone, it was blue screen, nothing on display! the sound of turning on and key sound could be heared!

flash + FFS + eeprom = didnt work!
earasing whole chip and flashing again = didnt work
tried all other possible way = didnt work

any idea?

the phone was new and just came in to change language!

I think it's either flex cable or the phone is X640C.If the phone is X640C then you should flash it with corresponding firmware

the hardware is ok

I flashed it with x640c but nothing changed!!!

same problem solved with e330n flash file
flash it with e330n flash file and post the result

Man you are wrong he needs to flash phone with X640c flash file

i had this problem also, SGH-X640C i changed flex but still the same. can recieved txt and call, sometimes it appear blue screen
