Z400v Unlock Failed with Ust Pro 2 - GSM-Forum

Hi , i have one locked Z400 v , i tryed with v Ust 4.00 & latest update too with Selected model Z400 because there's no Z400 v , initializing phone ok , usb installed ok between port 2 & 10 all seems to be ok but not done .
The strange , that with old version detect phone & show imei ,... & at end says Unlock Succeful , but the phone not unlocked .
I need more help about this , thx

i have exactly the same problem! I heard that this model can be unlocked by reinstalled the software and make sure the USB driver port for Samsung CDMA modem is below the port number of UST PRO 2. Any one have unlocked this Samsung Z400v before using UST PRO 2?

It is recommended to have a lower port but it is not necessary, As I just got 2 phones unlocked with higher port then UST.

I have one Z400V for unlocking. After unlockingwith UST Pro II 4.42 /on port COM11/ program says unlocked. When i insert SIM "SIM locked" code was 000000 /or 00000000/
After that phone working OK /phone was activated SIM lock in menu/ ..

hey guys i unlock z400v today with ustpro2

but if u have any problem with unlock after that u may do reset eeprom

simlock problem solve out with that i think this is helpful to all members

i use ustpro version 4.42 all will going perfect

which cable to use to connect z400v to ust pro box?

i had tried t809/d800 cable to connect phone with ust pro box. but sowftware is not detecting the phone. pls tel me is ther any other cable 4 same m8s?

again unlocked successfully Z400V,selecting Z400 in the s/w,then direct unlock (use V804 cable)
