ax72 unlocking problem - GSM-Forum

hi there have been trying to unlock a Ax72 test points ok but all i get is error 00.13 and time out code 25 any ideas have used external power ( i think the test point shown for the black probe is incorrect as the one to right shows correct infact have tried the next test point to the right that shows correct as well ??) any ideas have only had Martech for about a week unlocked sl65 like a dream very good tool many thanks..................

problem now sorted some ax72 need a differant TP for prob A please look at the advice by @Levien and @Chris02 on Martech forum 100 % good service

Try this:

Select AX75 as phone type, set "Don't check phone Type", use AX75 TP and use "claculate codes"

Don't make "direct unlock"!

Hi tried selecting AX75 and calculate codes but it comes with error 0013. The test points are different on AX72.
When I select AX72 with TP adaptor V2,3 it shows Red 'connected' but it does not show Black as connected. Could it be the Black test point is incorrect?.

I have tried all defferent version from V112 to V116 ut still same problem

Tryed with 4 diferent PC and with old martech versions untill last one and all boot versions and test point versions but no chance????

without problem (direct unlock)

Hi

I tired for over an hour but could not unlock mine. It just would not detect 'Black' test point. I know my cable is fine becauce I have unlocked A62 with same cable.

Can you please confirm if you use same test point as its shown in V11.6?

i use the same test point
but please try to restart yor pc or use power suplay or connect 9v to your test point adaptor

try this first connect test point cable to martech box 2 then connect the box with cable to main box i had the same time out problems this procedure helps...............

Hi

I manged to unlock it by selecting 'Manul mode, Don't care TP line status'.

Just connected tp's and pressed the button on black tp cable and worked fine.

Use MANUAL MODE option it Testpoint Adapter box and press UNLOCK than press switch in black connector

yes don´t care about tp line status and do not use 9v on testpoint adapter
use V11.6
you might have no problems
