about cracking ... what we all are ? criminals ? - GSM-Forum

Cracking is a criminal act ... but what are we all unlockers doing ... just cracking others peoples work only and only for money ... then we all are criminals ... in the past was easy to read the eeprom and clone the phone with an unlocked eeprom. After some times just cloning was not enought but still easy to change some location in the eeprom and get the phone unlocked. But the good money was made with Motorola stuff and nokia 51/61 series ... after that the first one who get stiled information from inside company who made the phone was the one who had the first unlocking program. Nobody can unlock new phone without valuble information and this information is the proprety of the one who build the phone software. So don't fitgh no more couse we will not know for sure who is the smarter guy .... for sure first on the market is the one who have firts the information on his computer. There are many programmers with a lot of talent but without information. they make some other programs sometimes just for fun ... sometimes for fare money.
