I have an apple ibook g4 whos operating system needs to be re-installed. I have the CD disks MAC OS 9.2 and the system has a password when you start it up.
Are there are any websites that can show me what to do or how to boot up from CD?

Hi i was wondering if you can help me.
I have an Apple ibook g4 with OS 10.4.2 CDs
Everytime i use the CDs to reinstall the the OS i start the mac and keep my finger on C but then i get this kernel debug screen with loads of debug writing. I have tried this CDs in another powerbook and the same result. What can i do to overcome this?? Another issue is that the ibook is protected by password and i cant boot from the CD so i can reset the password.
Also do i have obtain OS CDs that are over 10.4.2 for my ibook or can they be any version??
