Sent log yesterday, shorty afterwards server down, then today went to cancel log, my queue is empty, so log calculated, phones customer to bring the phone in, by the time they get to the shop (half hour), the bloody server has gone down again!!!



Now i have to pm this person, email that person to get my logs back.



Its a load of b ollocks.,



You guys should either offer the service, or not offer the service, at the moment its a joke.



As i'm sure youll see, im not alone in my anger at the UB team, either fix the server so it isnt allways going down, or drop the service completely untill you can off a decent quality service, at the moment UB users are paying good money for logs they have to fight to get back because of this stupid server, and Mr UB taking forever to reply to pm's.



So you guy's should either ffer the service (reliably)



Or NOT offer the service at all, and we'll go elsewhere.





what do you think people.
