do you have a weekly target?

hi, this question is for technicians who are working for someone else, does your boss gives you a weekly sales target? if yes then how do you achieve it?
i am working for someone who doesn't know a thing about repairing mobiles phones and the job site is really small {my bathroom is bigger than that shop} and we don't sell any accessories or other mobile phone related stuff. just repairs of mobile phones and laptops and on top of that my boss doesn't want to buy parts in advance like everyone else does.
the repairs works in a way that when customer comes with any repair, i give him/her the quote and if customer agrees to leave their device for 2-4 hours then i inform my boss and he buys part from some local supplier and drops it to me and then i fix it.
apart from this he has given me a weekly target of $1200, i know its not much but as most of our customers come in for screen replacement so they don't want to leave their phones for too long so most of the times customer goes back and i loose a sale, and when i fail to meet the target he blames me.i am on visa from that employer so i can't leave that job
any idea how can i achieve my weekly target?
