Open Letter To Mobile Concepts, U.K.

I really don't know where to post this, so, I decided maybe this would be the place as many readers come here for anything related to SonyEricsson. It's an open letter to Jim of Mobile Concepts, U.K., who sold me some logs for unlocking and flashing of SonyEricsson. Last Saturday, when I wanted to log on to have a phone flashed using the logger 6.52 supplied by Jim, I was presented with the msg that I should contact my supplier for a new version of logger. Since that moment, I have sent several sms and written emails to Jim of Mobile Concepts and even have tried long distance phone calls, but to no avail. No replies came and his mobile phone was not switched from Saturday till today. I am frantically trying to get the logger to work, but I cannot do anything unless Jim answers me or send me the new logger. I am not about to call him a cheater yet, but if this open letter goes unanswered, then everyone would know what this message has uncovered.

So, Jim, if you, for any reasons were unable to answer any of my numerous sms and emails, let me know thru a simple email and please send me my new logger with the credits intact. Thank you.

Sorry to have wasted everyone's time here, but I really had no other choice. If I do end up getting warning points, I will not be annoyed as I really didn't know where else to post this.

I also found that using the logger service with logs bought from elsewhere is hard work on a Saturday as it is either down for service, or just too busy. Either way, this is not the log re-sellers fault.
