Member: 192681 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.106870 Thanks Meter: 5,082 | @ dreambox team <<prob dreambox>> !!!! the validity of guarantee is expired. in this case my reseller does not take charges my problem of it and finally it changed trade . the first time it,it made + 06 months ,power circuit have a short to gnd it is stopped with a simple short-circuit and I repaired with a DIODE of the nokia 3310 (prob solved). but this time it completely died and Windows detects *USB not recognized device* . and I cannot send it to you ,for what? on our premises the price of sends by “DHL” it is half of the price of this box (it's bad idea). the led not light red or green , i think my DreamBox have hardware damage and it is recoverable since it is not software or in the eeprom !! *what I seek now they are diagrams for repaired my box on the spot and it would be a good idea for all your users and customers and as it has you avoid the complaints each time from ur custumer (bad box or dead box or i neeeeeeeeeed help) "if you want I send to you an picture scanned of the dreambox PCB". since I have this problem I have to buy a martech the last week I knows it is also a good product but I like my dreambox (easy and fast and simple used TP especially) . then please take on account this request!! sorry for my bad english br |
