I have 3 dream-box with led orange that only makes raising of the blockade with in auto way will be in the way test point is with led orange and it does not go no way, would like to know if I can send for vcs of gsmserver? therefore resseler of paraguay where I bought not of the attention none to the customers, ja I am almost buying one martech box.

1) Phone model
2) Phone firmware version
3) DBSS version
4) DBSS log files (dbss.log and dbsserr.log)
5) Screen shot of DBSS in error state
6) Exact sequence, what you were doing
