I mistake and connect red connector to GND, now Batery voltage is only 3.6v, and it not enought to work

Box works perfectly before it happens

I have some troubles with my reseller, so i can't send box to him by warranty.
So i open box and found what 8-leg IC damaged. It Q2. I can change it, but i don't know how it marks because top side of it scrached. Can you help me with this problem??

PS Box work ok with external power( or with battery in phone).

I mistake a little. It was D1. I change it and all OK.
