problem updating dreambox-server error - GSM-Forum

hi support,

Error : Failed.

Error: Server not found
Error : Failed.

after half an hour here is the log:

I turn off the firewall and antivirus but still not work, uninstall and
install software again still not work, tried every time after 20 minute
still not work, I give up so please tell me what solution I need to solve
this problem, i check the forum read your FAQ tried all the method but still not work.

can you please tell me how to change the proxy setting in IE

Are you using Internet Explorer for internet browsing?

Try to update your box from another PC - I think this is the fastest way to fix this problem.
