SL75 - can not flash, read info, etc,...

Dear GSM SERVER Team,

I need to flash working phone, becuse he every some time, stuck in some place in the software.
I need to flash SL75, but with dreambox I can not.
You can see on the pictures.

Every time he make FAIL when I try to activate SReader.
Some time he let me to activate, but then he stuck and
just write WORKING \ , and stay like this.

I read that for unlocking and flashing no need t make TP on this model.
But tell me how?

I am not so satisfied with dreambox from time when I buy it, becuase
my TP cable also not wrking.
I change 150pF capacitor two times, but he can not start to boot on TP.
Always waiting for long,long time and nothing.
I suspect that maybe this SERVICE port on Dreambox is not working good.
Before on month my Dreambox was on the service becuase he stop to work, and XP can not recognize when I conect it to USB.

Please, tell me the solution for all this, because I am close to sell it.

You can use Firmware Bug Manual boot mode.
1.Power on the phone
2.Connect phone to box
3.Click Read Info in General tab
4.Go to the application or Game menus
5.Start SReader applet
6.Choose “Ok” and “Yes” when phone will ask you
Use a Auto mode for this phone in future.

I make like this and after I activate SReader, he stuck like this (see pic).
Do I need to press ABORT or what.

Screen on the SL75 was turn off (after activating SReader) with one beep.

And what now.
Already pass 9 min. and nothing.
Is always show Working| without moving ( \ | / -, etc.)

Deambox Service Software stuck on this possition.

What to do?

What did you use - battery or battery cable?
Try to do it again. If this will not work - use testpoint.
Anyway, can you send ALL log files from DBSS with your forum's name and problem description to us? (Program Files->DreamBox->bin ALL .log files)

I can not use TP becuase TP not working from the begining when I
receive Drembox.

Yes, thanks to my good resellers, we solve the problem today and
now is OK.
Problem was with data cable.

I flash mobile with TP today, but problem is now that SL75 can not turn on.
First I flash with / SL75_100300[1].fullflash (from botloader)

and after I do flashing with TP, I put sl75_130400[1].firmware (from bootloader) for Croatian language.

Both flashes finish OK, but I can not turn on the mobile after?
When I want to turn on, I hear only one small beep.

Please, how to resolve this?

Maybe because software before was v31, and on bootloader is only v13 & v15. I put v13.

Before flashing, software version was v31, and I flash with v10 (fullflash from bootloader), and after change language (v13).

Do I need to flash with v31 fullflash or what?
Can you put on bootloader this version?
