Suggesting Optional External Power supply for Dream Box

I have a suggestion to Dream Box Team, I don’t know if it is possible. Update the Dream software for optional use of external power supply. Make it where we can check an option to use Battery or DC power instead of the voltage in Dreambox itself to supply the phone with voltage when making Testpoint. This would eliminate 'Warning : you have problems with battery connector' error. My Box is currently not functioning because of power problems. It appears as if the Box will still do the job if I could get a way to power the phone. My Reseller is charging me 300 USD, shipping and tax/custom duty not included to repair or replace. I just bought my box last month, but remove the warranty seal to check if a diode was damaged.

I only used my box to unlock 2 phones. When I was ready to unlock a phone yesterday it started giving me errors. I don’t know if last update has anything to do with the problem.

My Resseller is charging me 300USD for repair or replace, this does not include tax and duties. If it cant be fixed it maybe better i buy a new box. So, is my suggestion possible?

I will try a new cable and post the result.

Who is your reseller? We change broken box free of charge (you pay only for sending). Contact with GSMServer team - you can send it to them.

For your information the reason why your reseller maybe charging you repair or replacement cost is because you had broken their warranty seal sticker which was on the box, by opening up the box and checking the PCB. Many companies do have warranty terms. So before opening a box, always check with your reseller first, instead of opening the box and trying to fix the problem yourself.
Please explain whole situation first before pointing any fingers.
