W580 Flash chip changed but....


Hi to all;
look at the log below:
-- Security Bypass------------------------------------------------------------
User selected phone W580 using Test Point boot mode
Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 99000301FFFFFFFF (DB2020 / DB2030)
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = Open
OTP IMEI = 048575-55-048575-4
OTP CID = <unknown>
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 53
Warning : Connected phone is not W580
Please select correct phone model
Warning : Unrecognized phone model
Warning : Empty board detected ...
Warning : Connected phone is not W580
Please select correct phone model
Warning : Unrecognized phone model
Error : Failed.


As already tried this solution on some other phones,i replaced flash chip with a new one(all process done carefully and IC well-placed).Now it boots but fails at the stage you see in the log.
I connect in Testpoint mode but i get this error,checked for any shorting but all things seem ok.PLZ HELP.

Bro;
It's log from empty board operation.I'm sure u know for emptyboard you'll need to do tp first and this phone fails on tp.

hi my friend
please first use setoooool
go to empty board
select model
select cid 49
put any number for imei
select good gdfs(ex db2020gdfs_in_ssw_format_CID49_BROWN.ssw.cry)
press flash

stage 2
add erom (DB2020EROM_RED52_SIGNED_CID49_BROWN.ssw)
press recovery


flash with latest software

if after flash no power on or red blink or white screen,please write good gdfs(C) and bypass with dream method by test point
