w810i not supported !! - GSM-Forum

Hello

I want to repair a w810i, the phone is off, i can't flash it with cruiser or setool so i want to try with dreambox, i am a new user of this product.
So when i want to read it, it gives me this log :

Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 80400301FFFFFFFF (DB2012)
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 49
NOR Flash ID = 2019
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 359061-00-795005-7
OTP CID = 49
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 49
Error : DB201x CID < 50 is not supported
Error : Failed.

Do this mean that the CID49 is not suported and is it possible to upgrade it pls ?

you cannot upgrade the flash cid of 2010
