w850 red light - GSM-Forum

Hello

I have a w580, it turn off itself as my customer said me, just the red light is blinking, here's the log with dreambox (i tried with setool, i can read the phone but impossible to flash it) :

1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Hold <C> button and connect the phone to DCU60 cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 99000301FFFFFFFF (DB2020 / DB2030)

OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 359235-01-297880-4
OTP CID = 51
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 52
Starting CS Loader GDFS Service ...
Error : Failed.

What can i do ? Thanks

first what is your phone w580 or w850?

first try full flash if you have error in custom part (the finish part) you need repair gdfs, write new gdfs.

post logs of flash.

yes it is true but remember that the first tool in repair it problem is dream box.

it is section for dream box, never need spam for other tool, and if you see in folder setool you can see tp pictures of dream box.

setool is good tool but for repair gdfs i think that dream is better more easy and more control over that you need doing.
