i Have a dreamBox, at boot-loader site dreambox login this message appear:

Your Dreambox with serial: ***is allready authorized

then go to:
Home Prepaid Downloads Dreambox , this message appear:

Downloads disabled: login with your Dreambox first or check your account.

i can't downloading any thing help me???
it is a new box

In The Top of Box Just “DreamBox” is writing not like the Pictures of the box in your supported site ( DreamBox Plus OR DreamBox SE)

This is original box, but with old hardware. And this box has Siemens support only.
You can order activation for SE support at www.dreambox.hk.
But I advise to buy a new DreamBox Plus/SE (with new hardware version).
