Hmmm how do you use T28 cable that you don't select COM port? Did you try on UFSx/Twister interface with using twister cable?

of course i did this i have separate box for UniBox cables and i unlock many SE using crack before buying USB-Smart and i very well understand the difference that which one is for Twister/UFSx and which one for UniBox. and when i select UFSx/Twister then i use its Cable and when i select T28 cable then i select proper COM port as well, and problem is still same every bettery is fully charged as well

.Solution to any Software problems:
1. Flash EROM as MBN (MAIN) with Recovery checked and Complete NOT checked
2. Flash ...._MAIN + FS with Recovery NOT checked and Complete checked
3. Flash EEPROM Area as MAIN with both Recovery and Complete NOT checked
4. UNLOCK phone!
Thanks to Zulea for this easy explanation

Problem solved by reading the EEPROM from a working K700i and then do a repair of all the crcs etc, flash the 3 flash files and do a flash recovery.
