I'm a bit newbie in this brand cause I have been using TMS for a long time but now I decide to buy this solution and I wanted to know some info about SE phones. About what is every file about. I mean, FS file, Main file and SFA in the new phones like k700 and others. I want to know also if there is also another package where I could find spansh(cause only EU1 is the package I could use I think). Also about unbrand a phone. Remove the pics and sound that orange or vodafone put on the phone. Put original icons...If a phone can work with SFA and Main only as k700 last version have only two files. There is no FS file in the support area.

I also wanted to know what is the file SFA, FS and MAIN...I think(thanks to jesusangel) that told me that maybe FS means File System. As well I think that Main is where the main firmware is contained.But it's enough to flash a phone with only two of his files??I need some info...

All you need to debrand a SW mate is the main & fs files and for the nobrabd spaanish language it should be euro1

luskao, it's just a firmware update to be used on a no branded SE, there's not really much use in it as it only adds some new sounds & wallpaper..

normally sfa have additional languages you can flash to add to the phone

PS: SFA = signed file archive

If adds some sounds and wallpapers why SFA file is +-2 Mb and FS is almost 5 Mb.

it just adds it does not replace anything, it can add per example one languange without changing phone cid! or replace anything! just add, it's cool, if u want just to add your language to the phone! you add it but you does not loose any languange that u have before!!! understand???

Sorry bu no.

I've flashed a K300 with main flash file Standard and with EMEA1 SFA it look exactly like flashed like EMEA1 FS, nothing added.

So what adds SFA files over FS if SFA is minor than FS and a phone can be flashed without FS flash file.

So my initial question was what is the difference betwen both, and wich to use when flashing a phone, as I see no matter wich yo use apparently are same.

I hope have explain correctly.

the language is in the main fw, to debrand a phone you just need the main and fs files, as i said before the sfa file just adds additional features like wallpapers ans sounds(it's an update for that particulor fw version), if u take a look at the z800i fw you'll see that the sfa file isn't available.
