W810 dead when try to unlock - GSM-Forum

Hi.

I have one W810 i try to unlock. but now the phone can not power on.

Here is the error:

Switch phone ON
Get phone info
Flash CID: 49
Phone KEY: A1_DB2010_49_RED
OTP CID: 49
Phone IMEI: 359062002xxxxx
Flash ID: 2019
Switch phone ON
Write Flashloader CID49
Waiting to finish
Switch phone ON
Start Flashloader CID49
Reading flash CXC version
Version: R4CE012_CXC1250316_GENERIC_HN
Send FLASH application
Write GDFS Flashloader
ERROR: 302723

Any solution for this problem?

Use the latest version n flash the phone with Main + Fs + Complete phone. Then unlock the phone again.

I too had the same error message yesterday & phone would not power on, simply flash main & FS, tick complete phone then unlock by reading codes & all will be well.

I used W810_R4CK003_ZONE1_STANDARD.mbc & W810_R4CK003_EUROPE_1.fbc which you can find on support site.
