wierld lg8110

i tried unlocking some 8110 with my usb smart but they just went dead i also tried flashing them but get an error message Switch phone ON ...

Send PHONE flash file: "U8110_V110_Italy_PHONE.ssw"
ERROR 401133 but when i flashed with HWK the phone came on but still locked i then tried unlocking wit HWK phone went dead complete. tried flashing again but refuses to power. i have two dead phone now. need help urgently.

And download from support area Lower version for 8110

i have tried v108 the least version on the support site ,still same error. i even flashed wit furious two but phone still dead

to unlock this phones use last LGTool version
don'y make a FastUnlock but "Read all network codes"
then insert manually NCK code

actually one died after i read the code but i managed to flash up that one with furious it came up but couldnt register to a network

Just make read all network codes again, this will re-write gdfs area

Flash Your phone again using Original Firmware
After that do a Read All Network Codes
Manually do Unlock by code
Do a Master Reaset

Try again using different verions of original firmware .
Sometime a problem can't be solved at the first shot.

I too got this same result and now a dead 8110, downloaded vygis crack as mentioned previously that it could fix this but i have installed it on 2 diff xp machines and keep getting 3 - hardware key not found.
Could someone help with getting this resolved, any help will be much appreciated!!
( i have restarted pc and made sure the dll and sys files are in the correct drectory as the software)

I know this may sound bed, but if You can flash phone use v108 , all four files and do a Read all Network Codes

I have the lg flasher software also where you use the usb/com cable combined but cant detect phone as completely dead!!! so downloaded vygis to resolve problem but all i get with that is as i mentioned before, 2 - hardware key not found!!
