I cannot do unlocking of V902SH - GSM-Forum

I cannot do unlocking of V902SH. I become flash and all the unlocking OK, but it is displayed with an SIM lock when I check the operation. Is there a turn of installation of a flash ?Give me information. A flash bulb is Japanese (v166).
