read bootloader function is not working properly (v3i)

after repair pds on v3i, screen appear "Critical Error DE AD", what does it mean??

On V3i, just make testpoint and plug the USB cable (with testpoint to GND), no need battery.
Make PDS repair again, the flash 1FF (SHX) file from support using RSD Lite

read subject more carefully

BTW testpoint without battery does not work for me

You not made correct testpoint on phone!
Check on testpoint details on software, there is 2 kind of boards for V3i.

programmer flash the chip ,chip is dead
must replacing the flash chip

v5.3 have also error opening testpoint images
