TRICK TO UNLOCK SAMSUNG T809 BY UFS

1) USE T809 UFS CABLE

2) SELECT D820 MODEL INSTEAD OF T809 MODEL IN UFS

3) PRESS MOBILE INFO IN UFS SOFTWARE

4) USE WITHOUT BATTERY

YOU WILL GET CODES IN SEC ENJOY

Model : Samsung Z510, Z320i :
1- Switch ON your phone without sim card,
2- Compose : **CODE#

Model : Samsung Zxxx & Dxxx Series :
1- Switch ON your phone without sim card,
2- Compose : #7465625*638*CODE#

Model : All others Samsung
1- Switch ON your phone without sim card,
2- Phone will ask for "Password",
3- You can now enter the unlock code we sent to you.
OR (if phone show "insert correct sim card")
1- Switch ON your phone without sim card,

Pls can someone help me how to unlock samsung x640, it has code only in the field k6, all the other fields are 00000000.

then enter...
- *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# (to change NCK code to 00000000)

then enter...
- #7465625*638*00000000# (to permanently unlock the phone)

check the lock status...
- *#7465625#

use this method and you will be able to unlock T809, 100% tested by me
