Cannot Update Smartcard!! Zulea Pls Help - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I cannot update my smarcard for some reason, I need to get Samsung and Motorola Updates but can't as Request Activation file buttons are also not highlighted. I have tried a different dongle from a working USB Smart but no luck, also tried 3 different ISP's and 3 different PC's, same problem.

Tried another working USB Smart in my PC and it updates fine.

Please help me and see attached screenshots.

Some times this error occurs when Microsoft active sync is running..If you have active sync installed try to end task wcescomm.exe from task manager..

Hi Surej, thanks for replying. No. I don't have active sync installed, also checked task manager, if it was problem with my PC then how come other USB Smart card is updating fine?

Hi

I had same problem
try smart card insert in another smart card reader and try do update or ask your reseller for exchange

I have two new dongles and I cant update.
Every time the update procces stop at 11%...
The same in 3 PCs.
My "old" dongle too...
I dont know what is the problem but i need to update thos new dongles..
