IF any one have this problem[CAN T LOAD WINSCARD.DLL]
change the file [winscard.dll]
with this

A better way on Win-98 is to install Microsoft Win32 Smart Card Base Components.

i did but not work perhaps mr zulea can teach us the proper way to install it...

Working... just tested - files r unzippped to C:\windows\tem\x86 run setup and its installing (restart computer) and works fine
