i dont want to start a flame, but you are still looking for what you want to hear.

i am just saying that if you havent gotten your money's worth out of your USBSmart by now, or see no chances of doing so in the future; exactly what you don't want to hear.

I am not a member of the "team", I am someone who says just forget about trying to place a blame somewhere, figure out other things to do instead of losing customers. These tool creators sometimes have more important things to do. Or did anyone stop and think maybe something happened to the guy?
