Hi to all i have the same problem with accessing internet by usb-smart dongle but the thing is that the new update that will come maybe has asolusion to db2020 thats why everything is stopped maybe we will be asked to pay for somehow update or its maybe just that the dongle needs a new server coz of the files that will come with the update.....in any way we have nothing just 2 wait &see hope not for along time

i'm guessing his finished with this product and run away with all the money and laughing. Otherwise he would of replied everyone by now, by telling us all a solution but nope, still no answer.
