Best flux for reflow / reball

What kind of flux is the best (bubble free) for reflow (lead-free solder) and for reball iPhone BGA's ?

all fluxes are good
more corrosive fluxes will have longer working time but will damage your solder tips faster
if you dont care about your tips then it doesnt matter just use one flux for everything
I was using almost all popular fluxes like AMTECH (6 different kinds), alpha (om-338/rma-7), kester (tsf6502), edsyn (fl22), chipquik and I can tell you that all fluxes in the same activity class feels the same
But all of them have some kinds of toxic additives that you dont really want to breathe unless you have good vents. Thats why I ended up using cheap (1$ for 40g), local production solder flux for everything, and I know is just not that toxic like these all expensive ones

I do not agree that all fluxes are good ..
if you refer to Amtech Chinese 2-dollar syringe clones, they are useless for any job.
AMTECH original, RM223, NC559, MG CHEMICAL, KESTER ..
They are recommended for SMD.
and anyway I agree everyone is toxic but I would not spend a few dollars to blame when I have to redo the bsod lines of an iphone.

Yep you are right these chinese Amtech clones are terrible but still I have the same effectiveness with 1$ and 30$ fluxes that are not chinese clones

using this right now
