Microscope help pls


Pls share your experience who use microscop. I just ordered new binoculars microscope but i m facing problem whith it. Problem is i can see through only one eyepiece at a time. If i m using right eyepiece then i cant see from left n if i use left then i cant see from right eyepiece. I tried to adjust suitable distance between eyes but then i see two seprate images from each side of the microscope. Pls suggest me what should i do?

give here full info of your microscope . you can see through by both tube anyway as you says above it's new , so I advice you to contact with your reseller .

It is usually enough to adjust the width of the eyebrows so that you see a perfect circle.

I can see one circle but then cant see clear pic from that

Solved. The problem its was just dioptor adjustment, had to mingle it alot. N have to wait a while image is being focus to my eyes.
