wait a minute.....
@german_gsm_team you say that you can flash a 6630 only with a pkd-1 and a datacable?

I also would like to ask you if someone can reprogram a PKD-1 (6 digit) to PKD-1NS or RD etc etc.
is that possible?

the id is NK that's well known and correct for all type of dongles, even for FLS-4S, 6 digit PKDs

but password should be 6 characters, not just 5 (so it's written in deskey's dk-2 developer manual)

are you sure, that the secret deskey password for all 5 digit dongles with with des2asic inside is just 12345 ?

I mean that password, with that it's possible to write to private memory and to write any downcounter value

@invisible

I just sent you a pn

hi

PKD-1 is slightly diferent from DK2 deskey original dongle,
you can find undocumented stuff like "DK2SendAndRecive" in phoenix files,
also 5 digit serial is from old version, this explain PKD-1 5 digit and PKD-1 6 digit exist.

About password to write downcounter value, this is PKD-1 no FLS-4/FPS-8 nor any of that flashers from nokia which have counter

best regards

PKD have downcounter, too. It's set to 0. If you decrement it again, dongle is deactivated and does not response anymore. You can reactivate it again, if you set a new value for downcounter with secret password.

Downcounter is not 0 for holding label printing licences in PKD-1NS for wintesla. In Phoenix label printing does not need licences, but PKD-1NS, 1-CS or 1-RD dongle.

Downcounter is not 0 for holding label printing licences in PKD-1NS for wintesla. In Phoenix label printing does not need licences, but PKD-1NS, 1-CS or 1-RD dongle.
Realy interesting, I didnīt know about it
as I pm you 6 digit password means 6^10=60466176 posibilities to bruteforce, no hard to do a small program to find PKD-1 write password,
what is the exact description in api for PKD-1 write?
perhaps we will get something interesting from this threath

best regards

It's only used in Wintesla for label printing if dongle is a PKD-1NS.
