I got some problum with the Fisio 535 unlock, I tried direct unlock and manul put code, none of them was working, bacause after unlock, once you take the battery off, and put it on again, the phone can not be switch on, but if you restore the sp file, the phone will be working fine, but it is locked again. Help please, Juvir, I tried all the version from 2.0 ,2.1 and 2.4.

I phoned my reseller, they told me I just need flash the phone with the repair flash which I can downlad from your webside, is that right? Thanks

first thx for update but this is realy not vey good support
we wait for some thing better , we won't just 3 months of philips update
so thik about it " every week philips update and just philips update...."
we wait some thing better " like Nec n341! ,vitel blocked repair , and more....
any way this is good box and this is just suggestion.........

I have the same problem also

I have just flashed this 535 with the repair file but the phone works again but still locked ?
I unlocked it again but then the phone just flashes and goes off again

Me to i will not unlock any more of these with this even if you restore backup
next day phone will blink .
Best to buy phlips from phlips author .

* from two weeks ago u said next week update -----> no update tell now

* and this week u say this week all proplem will solve ----> no onw proplem solved tell now.

* today is the end of the week and now update.

* my redbox still in his package i use it only 2times and now i don't have work for it at all.

* i have nec and lg and philips all not supported yet.

* 330 can't be unlocked by ur soft and i unlock it and repair it by sancha cracked and 80% for ur supported phones we prefere to use other free soft coz it's proficinal for it but redbox is not for example samsung no one never user ur box for samsung coz no support at all for it.

* so can u give us advise ??

just use last version 2,5 and set to defaultes and then read codes and enter manualy

tested from 5minuts ago

new update very good and after long time all customr happy again

by the way i think redbox from the first boxes that can repair 330 with requsted pck

i have mailed red box team many times but no answer from u ........
i have unlocked philips 535 on your software ..... after unlocking after few hour it starts blinking ....... i have 3 phones with the same problem with me you said in one week the solution will come , but now its been more than 3 weeks ....
till now i havent gotten good support ,i also need good support from you ......... my icq 126373674

i have encountered the same problem twice already. that's why when someone inquires about this model, i always say it's not supported yet (although Red Box claims it is).

i hope this problem is addressed right away coz my customers say I destroyed their phones.
