I cant update. Connection closed gracefully without update.

Do i need to fill in "reg" If so, with ???

I only have box serial and key. No login for support.

No reply from reseller or redbox team.

I need LG ver 3.1. PM me if you can send.

I got my box 1 week ago and the support is zero.

why you update your redbox ??? any soft told you that ?? you see in any of our post that need make update ???
download last soft and run it that 's all !!

ok
just a bit confusing when th software doesn't list all supported softwares in the box.
It makes new users think there is something wrong.
For example - if panasonic isn't shown in the supported softwares list and we have a problem connecting to a phone then it might be fair to assume that the two things are related. Just isn't very clear that's all.

and for mister paderf, if u can help me resolve my probleme, I think I have little time and I can create a verry good tutorial for red box 2, but if I have help sure.

.... dont make us lose more time , call your resseler and ask him directly if this forum still to hard to read !
