oh ho...please check in support area for repair flash .....flash the phone and then do Default settings.All will be ok 100%.And dont try to use unlock button in future,just read codes and put manually.

Yes this is the only way to do it as described above but once you have put back to defaul you must re read codes then put sim in and when prompted input nck code and it works 100% had same problem with Philips phones.

phone is working in English.when i put full flash in Turkish,i put on sim and asking pck code.i read pck code on redbox. pck code says 024A3969
for A i can not open the phone.to open from redbox it doesnt work.
what can i do?
