Remove Sim card from phone, and when Unlocking Done, Power ON your Phone without Sim Card, Power off and than use any Sim Card. If your Phone still locked after Unlocking Procedure use Repair Eeprom Button.
Power On phone...OK
Loading Boot...OK
Runing Boot...OK.
Reading Phone Info..OK.
Flash(1) ID : 89005588
Flash(1) Type : Intel 28F640C3T Size : 8Mo
Repairing Eeprom plz wait..OK.

BenQM300 can't be unlocked with other box but with redbix work again

i am still using redbox ( remeber 3years free update !! ) you don't need pay XX /year for update

Dear Mr.julvir

I hav RedBox since last 4 years.
I bought if from GSM Device (Elcotek Telecom, Naman) Delhi.

I have done only few phones with redbox and still i have no use with that.
Because after installed RedboX 2.0 it saying bad key file.
I have contact the Naman and ask about this keyfile but he cannot help cos he said that there is no more support for redbox.

After long time i just saw you post here.
I am really appriciate that if you could help me to use redbox again.

any update possibility on this box!! i got mine 2 exactly years ago!! and serious update for it were promised on this forum but none surfaced I've not gotten any update nor use the soft on more than 5 fones funnily i gotten other boxes!! felt you should wake up and do something just to compensate and keep customers, Sara did that for his box that why it rated the best box inthe world!
