I emailed you more then three time that please give me my key file so that i been able to use my RedboX but i think redbox team or you don't want to increase your customers anymore, if you can't provide key to all then place it on support site so that any customer who newly purchased redbox can download key file itself, it seems you are tired to support peoples towards redbox , i purchased my redbox about two weeks ago and its uselss cause i don't have key, whats the solution ? i think solution is to return it and buy furious dongle instead, i will wait few more days and if still no reply from you i am very sorry to say that i have to return that useless peice of plastic( without key) you named "RedboX"

i am really frustrated since i bought it but still hopeing that you might get up and help me

had to go furious coz julvir is not replying or uploading key files...

sorry for you it seems you a losing costomer at high rate i thought that the box will do well try and do something too bad if we read sack commites and furious dongle is now happy

well at last julvir back on trake and he sent me my redbox key file and he was so quick to answer, Thank you julvir for your reply but going on holiday for that long will definatly affect many customers specially like me

He's always offline on ICQ (maybe hidden), other ICQ nr. is online but not responding, and no answer via email.

I'm new redbox owner and I still don't have login and key file

Yes he was in contact and wrote me 4 emails and his email address is [email protected]
