Need Help Unlocking Mitsubishi M342i - GSM-Forum

I tried to unlocking Mitsubishi M342i using Redbox but cannot unlock or read codes. It always says connecting phone...ok reading....95% and cannot unlock...I used Mit. M330 that came with the box..I also use M341 cable from Iphone but don't work. If its the cable problem, please tell me what cable to use or give me pinout, Redbox support team, please help, thanks

it's cable problem
used m330 cable reverced 180° & ENJOY

but i read the forum that if you reverse the cable, it will kill the phone, is it true..i don't want to take chances..anyone else tested?
