Probleme in redbox

I have bought the red box one week ago

1.- The cable of maxon does not work.
In order that they order it??

2.- Site does not exist to donwload the flash of samsung.

3.- Cable Nec,samsung not in pack

Julvir that is what you sell a box of *****??

Martech, prodigy, Victor.......etc sell his boxes with cables and they work perfectly
With a place to donwloads the flash, programs......

Martech, Prodigy, Victor....ils vends les box avec les cables tous les cables OK
avec un lieu pour obtenir les programes, flash....

con un lugar para bajar las flash, programas....

i have also Redbox software and it is working perfect.
NEC/ Samsung cable are include in the box. and also too many cable julvir give for his costomers free(alcatel,sagem,motorola,samsung,)
NEC cable you can find it is in a seperate poliyuratene bage( opened cable.

for nec
Green and orenge are GND
RED wire is RX
White wire is TX
while unlocking dont think about 5v cable 3v cable just connect RX,TX,and GND.
press unlock and power on the phone.

Use the FIS300 cable for Nec, it's included with the pack...
