read code but don't work - GSM-Forum

I have one my 3052, I read all code with TP and all code don't work.

I reset my counter with use hotline menu, counter it's reset, and I enter unlock code for second time = same don't work.

I select direct unlock and use all instcurtion, on software I see
phone unlocking ... OK, but same don't unlocked.

what is solution pls ?
