i had one philips 330 new Hradware i made all the normal proceedures
1- toke back up from eeprom
2- toke full flash back up 4.oo mg
3-then open lock

the phone become dead ..... and i tried to revive to give it to customer
i full flashed it new verission flash from red box support area ...

phone worked o.k but still locked
tried to unlock it by use read locks option it gave me wrong digit for unlocking include letters on it not numbers ..

i thought to try the last in it
1-upload the full flash back up
2- upload the back up ( eeprom)

the phone work o.k

and i thought why not to use read locks option ....

i found it ( lolol ) all o.k

the phone unlocked by enter codes given by the box

so its easy way in new verissions to just use read lock codes and enter it manual .. i think its very very good tool
