Red box problems...


Hi!
Some one advice me please..my red box cant comunicate with the PC any more...We bought it month ago and everything was ok..but since yestarday software says "box not connected"..is there any special setings of the LPT port?
Someone please..

Restart your computer , reconnect red box and run philips software

make sure your USB port is supplying enough power try using an external powered USB hub

just becuase roemmi works fine it does not mean USB is supplying enough power for redbox please try a usb hub with extrenal power

if that fails then please contact your reseller

IT SUKS...Im waiting 5 thays for their answer and nothing...I just lost time to ask them to help me...and to check my mail 3 times a day..
